These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beehiveful.com and related websites, applications, tools, content, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is a product and brand owned and operated by CritFusion, LLC ("CritFusion," "Beehiveful," "we," "us," or "our"). When these Terms refer to Beehiveful, they are referring to CritFusion, LLC unless stated otherwise.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for:

- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.

5. User Content
You may submit content such as profile information, apiary details, hive records, inspection notes, messages, community posts, replies, mentor materials, uploads, and feedback (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant CritFusion, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and process that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, moderate, and promote the Service.
You are solely responsible for User Content you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
- Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law.

Beehiveful does not provide veterinary, medical, legal, financial, emergency-response, or guaranteed agricultural advice. When appropriate, you should seek guidance from a qualified professional.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, databases, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to CritFusion, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Beehiveful is a brand and product of CritFusion, LLC.
9. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including hosting, email, analytics, AI/model providers, weather-data providers, maps, geolocation, and other external services. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and their separate terms may apply.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or used the Service in a harmful or abusive way. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
We do not promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your needs, or that any output, recommendation, or content will always be accurate or complete.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CritFusion, LLC and its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, bees, livestock, crops, equipment, or property arising out of or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of CritFusion, LLC for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid, if any, for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CritFusion, LLC and its affiliates, owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which CritFusion, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we may update the effective date and post the revised version on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
