White Mangrove
Honeybees forage on white mangrove for abundant nectar, contributing to mangrove honey production, and collect its pollen which appears in bee bread analyses. Peak bloom occurs in late spring to early summer in subtropical climates, with some flowering possible year-round in suitable habitats. It thrives in saline, coastal environments requiring full sun and tolerates periodic inundation but is sensitive to frost.
