Trumpet Vine

Campsis radicans
In the United States: Native · also called trumpet creeper, cow-itch

Honeybees visit trumpet vine primarily for nectar from its tubular flowers, with some pollen collection, during the midsummer to early fall bloom. It offers a moderate nectar flow in warm climates but is not a major surplus producer for hives. The fast-growing vine needs strong support to climb and regular pruning to manage its aggressive spreading habit, preferring full sun and moist, well-drained soils.
