Late-season succulent perennial whose flat clusters of star-shaped pink flowers provide nectar and pollen to honey bees and other pollinators when many other sources have faded. Drought-tolerant once established with fleshy stems and leaves; deadheads can be left for winter interest or cut back in spring.
