Lace Cactus
Bees visit the large pink-purple flowers for nectar and pollen, with native solitary bees often acting as primary pollinators though honey bees also forage. Individual flowers last one day but bloom is staggered across plants for roughly two weeks of activity in late spring. The plant requires excellent drainage and full sun; it is slow-growing and not known to spread aggressively.
