Joshua Tree
Primarily pollinated by specialist yucca moths in an obligate mutualism; honeybees may occasionally investigate the flowers but derive negligible nectar or pollen rewards. Produces creamy-white flower clusters in spring in arid, well-drained desert habitats. Slow-growing evergreen tree-form yucca adapted to extreme temperature swings and drought.
