Cypress Vine
Twining annual vine with ferny foliage and small tubular red (occasionally pink or white) flowers that provide nectar primarily attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies; honeybees visit occasionally but it is not a significant honey plant. Blooms continuously from early summer through fall in suitable climates. Requires support for twining growth and readily self-seeds, becoming weedy in disturbed sites.
