Honey storage

Can I store capped honey frame in my basement or do I need to store it in the freezer?

You can store capped honey frames in your basement, as long as it's a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Honey is naturally resistant to spoilage, so it doesn't need to be frozen unless you want to prolong its shelf life or prevent any potential wax moth issues. Just make sure to keep them in airtight containers or well-sealed boxes to protect against moisture and pests.

They’ve even found Egyptian tombs with stored honey that’s over 3000 years old that’s still edible!

I put mine in the freezer for two days then store it, but it can turn to sugar in the comb and that could be a bet of a head ache
